C Solution SRL, the company operating the Plati.Online platform, announces that it has obtained the Payment Institution license granted by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on December 22nd 2025, a strategic step in the development of payment infrastructure dedicated to e-commerce merchants.

The license allows the provision of the following regulated services:

  • e2 – execution of payment transactions (cards and similar instruments)
  • f – payment acceptance services (acquiring)

For C Solution SRL, the upcoming period is dedicated to preparing the transition to the new operational flow, with a focus on:

  • optimizing merchant onboarding processes,
  • aligning the technical infrastructure,
  • automating safeguarding, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
